In Latin, the word Auxilium means Help
Our Mission
Established in 2019, Auxilium is a registered 501(c)(3) organization focused on bridging funding gaps for educational supplies within inner city public schools in low income areas, funding purchases of technology, reading, and general school supplies (including printer paper, pens, and pencils, among others). The Organization was founded by a group of investors, attorneys, bankers, and accountants intent on providing an outlet for individuals, businesses, foundations, and other entities to provide highly efficient donations. Given the founding group’s professions and network, all legal, accounting, and tax work to date has been self-performed. Any additional annual and one-time costs are to be funded out-of-pocket from Auxilium’s board team, allowing all donation proceeds to be allocated directly to solving inner-city public school funding shortages for educational supplies.
Auxilium is structured in a “franchised philanthropy” format, partnering with other individuals seeking to work with teachers by creating relationships within their respective cities.
